Can you help?
The one click optimization for Norton Utilities 16 goes to 20% then freezes. The screen shows 4 registry errors have been detected and it has stopped at hkey_classes_root\clsid\{ff48de4b-8769-48f6-a008-97688395d1f0}.
Further, when attempting to perform a registry scan, it freezes at 77% and stops at the same address as shown above. All categories are okay except the following:
Error 1 add/remove programs
Error 2 temporary file shorcuts
I do have a sweetpacks intestation which could be contirbuting to the probelm. The computer is running Windows 7 and Norton Internet Security (current) is working fine.
Any help you can provife will be greratly appreciated.
