well it seems like symantics doesnt care about its customers. norton ghost doesnt work in windows 8 and e-mail to support hasnt been answered.seems like the company has gone downhill, we used to get answeres pretty quick now all I see is sales oriented. well just to let u know i have dumped all my norton antivirus (and I have quite a few) and will not renew as i have gone with another supplier.also will look for another supplier of backup software.I've been with symantec for a long long time and am very dissapointed in your performance in solving norton ghost problem
