aDSBatch.exe missing at startup

Since installing Norton Utilities 16, I get a blue screen (not THE blue screen) on startup that aDSBatch cannot be found.  After a short delay the system does boot.

This file is in both of these locations:

C:\Program Files\Symantec\Norton Utilities 16\Tools\Disk Doctor

C:\Program Files\Symantec\Norton Utilities 16\Tools\SpeedDisk

How do I fix this?
