Help Norton Ghost 15

I bought Norton Ghost just to clone my old smaller hard drive to another larger hard drive and then take out my old hard drive and use the new hard drive(HD). But now that I have it I am having problems. I have used other clone software and they were very user friendly. I cannot figure the Norton Ghost out at all. I had previously contacted the Norton support and was eventually transferred to a chat person that was an expert on the Norton ghost and that person assured me that it was very simple to use the Norton ghost and that if I had any problems what so ever simply go to customer support and they would walk me through it. I have had some very good experiences with the Norton internet security chat support. But it seems nobody in Norton can help me with the Norton ghost, Furthermore I have been told to wait for a transfer that never happens in fact I am waiting right now for a person to chat with about the how to just clone the hard drive and save the old hard drive. I also feel as if Norton has been very rude and I am now not so happy with Norton any more and I have been a long customer of Norton before I would suggest to Norton that if your Norton ghost is so very hard to use You should just get rid of it and maybe then you would not be losing customers I am really not happy I do not like it when I am put on hold and nobody helps me
