An offer from Norton included a CD box, so I thought I would get a CD for $9.95! But, it was a download only, a 32bit download, so it is NOT compatible with my 64bit Windows 8 Pro Media Center!
I 'downloaded' only version 16, but I've never installed it! I'm still using Norton U 15 on a 2 of my PC's, and I want my ~$10 charge refunded, since it didn't included a CD, as advertised?
You are able to tell through Norton support that I haven't installed it?
