PC Anywhere 11.5

I have managed to install PCA 11.5 into the virtual xp side of my Windows 7 computer.

Is there a way to use the synchronization feature to synchronize files between folders on the virtual xp side to folders on the Windows 7 side (without hooking up to an outside computer)?
