Using NG15 with Windows XP/SP3. I have it scheduled to run on Sunday and Thursday evenings at 7:00. Once in a great while it will backup as it is supposed to, but most times it fails with a log file message stating: Cannot connect to the agent on SID-7A6628F1D5F. If I reboot the computer and manually start the backup, it completes with no problem. It just doesn't want to work with the scheduler.
What does this message mean? What is it trying to tell me? What is the agent?
