I had to Refresh my laptop. I then had to reinstall my Norton products. NIS downloaded and installed fine. When I did NU, It downloaded version 16 and listed the key, that I have, for version 15. How do I get the download for version 15. I bought the product on July 27 2012, so my year isn't up yet. This is only February. Please show me where to get version 15 or a key that works with 16. Thank You
