Ghost: Error when Define New Backup for "Files and Folders"

I am getting a "Cannot Add Protection" error when trying to define a new backup for the Backup "Files and Folders"

Details of error message:

-Error E1AD993C: Cannot add protection.
--The server threw an exception. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULT))

Backup to external USB drive

1. Internal Drive (Drive 0) has three logical partitions-- C:  D:  Z:

2. External USB Drive has two logical partitions--  E:  H:

All are NTFS

3. Two backups already defined and working are for back up of the C: and Z: partitions

4. The Define New Backup is for only select folders of drive D: and cannot proceed because of the error
