Bad experience with Norton Ghost phone support person

I had already received online support and the support person proved to me and herself that the full system backup did not include all the files. I was disappointed with that as it seemed that Ghost suggests that the system backup is everything. On Windows 7 it is not. We solved the issue by adding file backup and manually adding the missing folders. I don't lose this as it means I have to remember to manually add new folders to my backup, but at least it works and support was good. Than I got a call today from a Ghost support person who insisted that I was wrong and would not acknowledge the issue with Ghost unless he could connect to my PC and prove to me that all the files were there. Well for one, the main disk has 600GB of files and the full system backup is only 25GB. Second, I mounted the backup and explored it and the video files were not getting backed up. As I said before, this was worked around. However this second support person was so arrogant and insistent that I was wrong that eventually lost my temper with him and told him he was being a jerk. Then of course he hung up saying he didn't have to help an abusive customer. People, there is an issue with Ghost, you need to be careful that you understand that with Windows 7 it only backs up the system files and the user you are logged in as. If you have multiple users, their files are not backed up. In this case it is the user Public. This is a serious issue if you are depending on Ghost for your full backup. It is also serious that this support person can deny the issue and that there is no way to have it officially reported.
