When I activate my Norton Hotspot, then open up Itunes and click on the Itunes store, I receive the error message from Itunes that states: “Itunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again.”
I have the latest version of Itunes installed. This problem only occurs when Norton Hotspot is turned on.
Any help to resolve this issue would be appreciated.
