Norton Online Backup Failed

Actually, I've had the same trouble. Our backups stopped being thorough on March 13, 2013 with various "A----" reasons cited.

 

I've been trying to restore files through NOBU. I've read your "sticky" and have questions:

 

The times NOBU gives to restore do not correspond with the times that come up in the restore "schedule". Timing can be off up to an hour.This makes it difficult to tell which restore to choose.

 

Also, NOBU never gives any indication that it's putting files into my restore file. It goes through the Search/ Browse (Browse lights up yellow) ... but after that it sits - and sits - and sits - and sits some more. I have only two complete backups showing up on my page at the moment. A backup is running - but I have doubts that it's going to complete!

Somewhere in the forums, I found a telephone number for US support. Is this possible? I need help with this - unless I solve it this weekend.

Sorry to be a bother. I had problems last summer ...
