I am still using Ghost 14, it has always worked well for me so no reason to upgrade, and Vista. I have Ghost set up so that it does a file backup at 0200 hrs each night. It has been doing this successfully for ages. This morning however I got a message that the backup hadn't taken place and after scratching around, I am not very computer literate, I got a message telling me that "This program is unable to connect and communicate with the Norton Ghost backup service". Did a recover disk to a point when I knew the computer had been OK but this did not fix the problem. Help please.
