Norton UTILITIES (on Windows 8) - after a CLEAN YOUR DISKS scan the RESTART button fails to work when clicked... so a 'manual' restart' is used instead. Mildly annoying.
Any ideas why the RESTART (middle option) button does not work?
Yes, the REFRESH button is operative.
