need options for full disk encryption.

Hi:

I was told by my computer manufacturer that my laptop does not have a TPM and, therefore, I cannot use Bitlocker.

Does Norton offer any products for the consumer market that do what Bitlocker does?  I saw the option for Enterprise customers but it is not Windows 8 compatible and TOO expensive.
