As a part of weekly maintenance I run the Win. Defragmentation Programme and each month save the Report to file (I know it's sad!) From Jan 1012 to Sept 2013 the report always showed "Files that cannot be defragmented - None" However since Oct the report has shown aprox two pages detailing files that have not defragmented. All of the files relate to Norton data. The details of the report show that changes also occurred to both the "File & MFT fragmentation" figures. Because of the suddenness of the change I am hoping to find an explanation for it and whether it has any worrying significance. My system is Win XP SP3, MS Office 2003, NIS 2014 and N. Utilities v14. and the hard disc has 75% free space. Would be very grateful for any information. Regards Marnhullman
