Norton Ghost 15 - need help with complete restore

I've been using Norton Ghost 15 on a PC since May 2011.    Windows 7, 64 bit, on an Acer desktop.

 

I configured Norton Ghost to back up every day.   All my documents have been backed up in incremental backups over the months between May 2011 and approximately November 2011.

 

In November 2011, I had a hard drive failure, and the repair facility replaced the hard drive and returned the PC to me factory fresh.

 

Over several conversations with customer support, I am still unable to completely restore ALL the files that have been backed up.

 

Most recently, a Norton customer support representative had me restore the files from the OLDEST (which happens to be the largest) AND THE NEWEST incremental backups that are on the drive with the backup files.

 

However I am still missing hundreds of music files and thousands of photo files.     Most of my work files, documents, spreadsheets, seem to have been recovered, but I cannot figure out how to make sure I have EVERYTHING.

 

The way I know that there are lots of music files missing is iTunes.    It has an "!" Exclamation Mark next to all the songs from my iTunes library that are still missing.

 

For the life of me I cannot figure out why there is not a function within Norton Ghost 15 that tells the program to restore EVERYTHING that spans all the incremental backups.   

 

Is there such a function?
