Hi. I'm having trouble with Norton Confidential File Guard. The issue is that when Norton Antivirus comes across a protected file, file guard asks for a password. I run my virus scans when I'm away from the computer for an extended period of time so this poses a problem because the antivirus process stops while waiting for passwords to be supplied. Any way around this besides uninstalling Norton Confidential? Here's what the dialog box says. "The application 'SymAVScanDaemon is attempting to open a guarded file named [file name.]" If I expand the details it shows the file path, the application (SymAvScan.framework/versions/A/Resources/SymAVScanDeamon.bundle/) and a Process number (18961).
Anyone know of a way around this problem?
